R439 is modeled after one of Bill's most popular rings, the R215 with a 10mm stone originally created in 1996. This is a medium size 8mm stone and two smaller size versions are available.

Each ring is cast undersized and then sanded three times on the inside to reach the fine metal finish below the casting surface. The ring is then stretched to the exact size requested. There are as many as 17 steps in the finishing of a BWL ring.
